Terms & Conditions.
Read this or don't, but by buying a shirt, you're agreeing to these rules. This is a binding contract between you and Not A Fan. We use Printful to make and ship your stuff. If you don't like the fine print, feel free to shop at a giant faceless corporation instead.
1. Access & Membership
Summary: You need to be 18 to buy things here. You’re responsible for your account. If you act in bad faith, we’ll kick you out.
To use our services, you must provide truthful information. You are solely responsible for the activity on your account. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or Products at any time. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Content & Intellectual Property
Summary: Our designs belong to us. Don’t steal our stuff.
All designs, graphics, and text on this site are the property of Not A Fan (NAF). You may not use our trademarks, iconography, or logos for proprietary purposes without express permission.
3. The NAF LAB: Custom Submissions & Refusal of Service
Summary: We aren’t a “print anything” shop. We have standards. If your custom request is hateful or steals someone else’s IP, we won’t print it.
By submitting a “Custom Request” to the NAF LAB, you agree to the following:
- Right of Refusal: NAF reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any custom order for any reason, including content we deem offensive, hateful, or legally risky.
- Prohibited Content: We have zero tolerance for slurs, hate speech, or content promoting violence. We do not print influencer names, professional sports team logos/names, or any copyrighted/trademarked material you do not own.
- Indemnification: You swear you own the rights to your submission. You agree to indemnify and hold NAF harmless against any legal claims or costs arising from your custom orders.
4. Use of Services & Geographic Restrictions
Summary: Don’t break the law. Also, we only ship to the United States.
You agree not to violate any local, state, or federal laws in connection with your use of the Services. Not A Fan only sells and ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.
5. Liability Limits & “As Is”
Summary: We strive for perfection, but we aren’t gods. If the internet goes down or a carrier loses a truck, we aren’t liable for those consequential damages.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOT A FAN AND ITS PARTNERS (PRINTIFY) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION. We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure or available at any particular time.
6. Payments, Fees, & Taxes
Summary: You pay when you order. Fraudulent chargebacks will be fought and billed back to you.
By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes associated with your order. If you file a fraudulent chargeback, you agree to reimburse us for fulfillment costs and the administrative fees charged by our processors.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Summary: Once it leaves the warehouse, it’s between you and the carrier. Check your address twice; we don’t pay for your typos.
The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (Printify’s network). It is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier for lost shipments if tracking shows as “Delivered.” Correct recipient names and addresses are mandatory; we are not responsible for missed deliveries due to typos at checkout.
8. Governing Law & Arbitration
Summary: If we have a fight, we’ll settle it via arbitration in Ventura County, California. No class actions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Ventura County, California. YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
