NAF's Shipping Policy
1. Fulfillment vs. Shipping
There are two steps to getting your gear:
- Fulfillment (2–5 Business Days): This is the time it takes to actually print your shirt, press your hat, or fire your mug. Our partners at Printful handle this.
- Shipping (3–7 Business Days): This is the time it spends in the hands of the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) traveling to your front door.
Total Estimate: Most customers receive their order in 7–12 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days and you haven’t seen a tracking update, email us at support@iamnotafan.com.
2. Tracking Your Disappointment
Once your order ships, you’ll get an automated email with a tracking number. If the tracking says “Label Created” for three days, don’t panic. It just means the carrier hasn’t scanned it into their hub yet. Go outside and touch some grass.
3. International Shipping & Customs
We do not sell/ship to anywhere outside of the United States at this time.
4. Wrong Addresses & Lost Packages
If you give us the wrong address and the package gets returned, you will pay for the reshipping. If the tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it, talk to your neighbors or your mailman. Once the carrier marks it as delivered, our job is done.
5. Partial Shipments
If you order a mug and a shirt, they might arrive in separate boxes on different days. This is because they are produced at different facilities. Don’t email us complaining that half your order is missing until you’ve checked all your tracking numbers in the emails we sent.
