Read this or don't, but by buying a shirt, you're agreeing to these rules. This is a binding contract between you and Not A Fan. We use Printful to make and ship your stuff. If you don't like the fine print, feel free to shop at a giant faceless corporation instead.

1. Access & Membership

Summary: You need to be 18 to buy things here. You’re responsible for your account. If you act in bad faith or try to hack us, we’ll kick you out.

To use our services, you must provide truthful information. You are solely responsible for the activity on your account. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or Products at any time. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Content & Intellectual Property

Summary: Our designs belong to us. Your opinions belong to you. Don’t steal our stuff, and don’t upload illegal crap if you’re using our custom tools.

All designs, graphics, and text on this site are the property of Not A Fan. You may not use our trademarks, iconography, or logos for proprietary purposes without express permission. Prohibited content includes anything involving child exploitation, harassment, hateful content (promoting violence based on race, religion, etc.), or illegal misinformation.

3. Use of Services

Summary: Don’t break the law, don’t send us viruses, and don’t try to impersonate us. We communicate via email because paper is for dinosaurs.

You agree not to violate any local, state, federal, or international laws in connection with your use of the Services. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt our systems or distribute harmful computer code. By using the Site, you consent to receive legal information electronically.

4. Liability Limits & “As Is”

Summary: We strive for perfection, but we aren’t gods. The site is provided “as is.” If the internet goes down or a volcano erupts, we aren’t liable for delays.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOT A FAN AND ITS PARTNERS (PRINTFUL) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION. We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure or available at any particular time, or that the results of using the Services will meet your expectations.

5. Payments, Fees, & Taxes

Summary: You pay when you order. You are responsible for your own taxes. If you file a fraudulent chargeback, you owe us the $15 fee Printful charges us.

By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You are responsible for all applicable taxes (Sales Tax, VAT, etc.) associated with your order. If you make a claim or return that does not comply with our policies, you agree to reimburse us for fulfillment costs and chargeback handling fees.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Summary: Once it leaves the warehouse, it’s between you and the carrier. If you give us a fake or wrong address, you’re paying for the reshipment.

The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier for lost shipments if tracking shows as “Delivered.” Correct recipient names and addresses are mandatory; we are not responsible for missed deliveries due to typos at checkout.

7. Governing Law & Arbitration

Summary: If we have a fight, we’ll settle it via arbitration in Ventura County, California. No class actions. No giant jury trials. Just us and an arbitrator.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Ventura County, California. YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

8. Notification for EU/UK Consumers

Summary: We don’t do European “Change of Heart” returns because everything here is custom-made.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. As all Not A Fan products are manufactured-on-demand, we reserve the right to refuse returns for buyer’s remorse at our sole discretion.
